Casa Américo, Touriga Nacional, 2016
The Casa Américo Touriga Nacional wine, as the name suggests, is a single varietal, 100% Touriga Nacional, one of the noblest varieties for the Dão region, Portugal.
It is produced with selected grapes from the vineyards of Quinta do Paço and Quinta do Aral. After fermentation, it aged for 10 months in french oak barrels and had at least 18 months in bottle after bottling.
This Casa Américo Touriga Nacional 2016 full of personality has an intense ruby color and a harmonious aroma. In the mouth it is intense and muscular, with a long and peppery finish.
