Quinta das Casticeiras is one of the most recent and most beautiful properties of Casa Américo Wines.
Located in Moimenta da Serra, it is currently the closest vineyard to the Serra Da Estrela slope.

The property is surrounded by a large granite wall. However, it is his old house, flanked by a generous oak tree that rises on the horizon, that marks the landscape. Around it are the vineyards where the silence is only interrupted by the chirping of birds and the bleating of the neighboring herds that can be seen in the distance.

The 12 hectares of mountain vineyards, at an altitude of around 580 meters, grow on gentle slopes, punctuated by rocky outcrops, some trees, bushes and many flowers.
At Quinta das Casticeiras, we find Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz red varieties.
Here Touriga Nacional has its best performance.
