Cellar and Bottling Unit

The Casa Américo Cellar and Bottling Unit has a wine-making capacity of 1,500,000 Lts and a storage capacity of 2,000,000 Lts, with the possibility of bottling various types and capacities of bottles and BIBs.

By acquiring the old Adega Cooperativa de São Paio, it was possible to preserve a piece of the region’s wine history, but it implied a strong investment in its renovation and updating to meet current requirements and standards.

Casa Américo has implemented an internal traceability and control system in order to guarantee the safety and quality of our wines.
