Casa Américo, Encruzado, 2020
This 100% Encruzado wine, the queen white variety of Dão, offers the best testimony of this unique terroir, with high granitic soils, with the influence of the Serra da Estrela mountain, in the Dão region.
This Encruzado single-variet variety comes from a 40-year-old Quinta do Aral plot. In its vinification it had a slight aging in french oak barrels.
The white wine Casa Américo Encruzado 2020 has a greenish yellow color, a delicate aroma, it is creamy in the mouth, with a beautiful acidity and a long, mineral finish.
