ABOUT THE WINE

The grapes were fully destemmed and gently crushed to a traditional granite open vat, called “lagar”. The fermentation occurred naturally, started by indigenous yeasts. The wine was homogenized with soft foot treading.

Aging: Stainless steel vats, followed by a minimum of 3 years in cellar after bottling.

Open ruby color. Aroma with notes of pine tree forest, bouquet of wild flowers, moist earth and granite minerality. The palate is dominate by notes of wild berries and a mix of elegance and austerity.
