The grapes were fully destemmed and gently pressed into small stainless-steel vats. After 24h of cold maceration, the fermentation started un der controlled temperature of 232C, with gentle assemblies to obtain a good extraction of the skins, preserving ali the flavours and aromas. This wine aged for 6 mon ths in french oak barreis, second year.

Granade color. Dark fruits aromas, cocoa and smoked notes. The palate has present, but round tannins. Balanced and elegant.
