ABOUT THE WINE
Handpicked grapes. Pressing with full destemming with pellicular maceration for 10h at 12ºC. The fermentation started in small stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and in in small 225L French oak barrels, were it rested for 3 months, with battonage.

Alcohol: 13 % vol.
Total Acidity: 6.3 g/l
Total Sugar: 1.5 g/l
